NATE'S THOUGHTS ON MODERN WOMEN:

"Maybe Sandra wouldn't be as hateful all the time if she'd just eat something. She was one of those skinny chicks always on a diet. In the employee lunchroom, she bitched about her ass as much as she did other employees, the state of the environment, and the price of gas. She hardly even had an ass."

NATE'S THOUGHTS ON LINGERIE:

"What was it, a teddy? Corset? Fuck, I didn't care. It was black and tight. And she was going to take it off."

NATE'S THOUGHTS ON HIS LOVE LIFE:

"I had a low-key love life, steady girlfriends who didn't get in my way and I didn't get in theirs. For once, I'd let Mr. Pants lead, and I didn't regret it one bit."

WHY NATE IS THE PERFECT MAN: (Scene: Kitty's viewpoint. She wants to get nekkid, Nate wants to...)

Nate: "Let's talk."

Kitty: "You want to talk before we have sex?"

His eyes twinkled. "And after."

Disappointed, I fell back in the chair, crossed my arms, and felt like such a guy. "At least take off your clothes so we're both naked."
